Meet Naomi Bilder.
Bilder Studio is one person. My name is on the door because I want the accountability that comes with it. Bilder is my surname, and it is also the German word for images, which is either a coincidence or the least subtle career signpost ever handed to anyone.
What the studio does
I make art-directed product photography and brand campaigns for premium beauty, fragrance and skincare brands, and for the fashion and lifestyle brands next door to them. The work replaces a traditional shoot: hero product images, texture and macro detail, product on skin, set still life, and full campaign worlds built around one idea.
AI is the instrument. It is not the author. Every frame is directed, corrected, graded and quality-controlled by hand before it reaches you, which is the whole difference between an image that belongs to your brand and an image that could belong to anyone.
How I work
Every project starts with a free discovery call, twenty minutes, no obligation. From there you see a first version within 24 hours of the brief. Not a moodboard: real frames, so you can judge the direction straight away instead of waiting a fortnight to find out it was wrong. Then we iterate until it is right, and most projects reach a finished set inside a week.
I take three brands at a time. That is a deliberate cap rather than a bottleneck. It is the only way every project gets the same attention, and it is why the retainer is by application rather than a button you can press.
Where I come from
I am based in Manchester and I work with brands worldwide. My background is as an artist and a brand founder, which is where the tactile understanding of luxury comes from: how a surface catches light, how a material behaves, why one shade of a colour reads expensive and the one beside it does not. I speak English, Ukrainian, Hebrew and Russian, and I collaborate with teams across time zones.
The software is just a tool. My focus is entirely on art direction and meticulous post-production. Every visual is driven by intention, rich in atmosphere, and designed to cut straight to the core of a brand.
Being straight with you
The brands shown in the portfolio, including Aesop, AllSaints and the rest, are concept and self-initiated work. They are not clients, and I will not imply otherwise. They exist because the best way to show what I would do for a brand is to actually do it. Real client work is shared on request under NDA.
All imagery on this site is AI-generated and produced by Bilder Studio. If you want to know exactly which tools were used on a piece and what that means for your rights, ask me and I will tell you plainly.
