Privacy notice.
This is the plain version of what happens to your information when you visit bilder-studio.com or send me an enquiry. Bilder Studio is a sole trader based in Manchester, United Kingdom, and is the data controller for the information described here.
What I collect
If you fill in the enquiry form, I collect the name, email address, website and message you enter. That is the only personal information this site asks you for. I use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.
If you email me directly, I hold whatever you put in that email for as long as the conversation is useful.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms processes the enquiry form and delivers it to my inbox. Your form entries pass through their service.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QH1P8W2CL7) records anonymous usage: pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which site sent you. Google sets cookies to do this.
- Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and serves it. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are handled by Cloudflare as part of delivering and protecting the site.
- Google Workspace holds my email, which is where your enquiry lands.
I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone beyond the services above.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies are the analytics ones described above. You can block them in your browser, or use a browser extension, and the site will work exactly the same.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If we do work together, I keep project correspondence for six years, which is the period UK business records are normally retained for. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or object to how I am using it. Email hello@bilder-studio.com and I will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Every image here is AI-generated and produced by Bilder Studio. None of them are photographs of real, identifiable people, and none are taken from a client's private material without permission.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. This version is dated 24 August 2026.
