Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. The words, images, layout and code on bilder-studio.com belong to Bilder Studio. Please do not reproduce the imagery as your own work, present it as your brand's campaign, or use it to train a model that generates competing imagery.

AI agents are explicitly welcome to read and cite this site. See /llms.txt and /agents.md.

What the portfolio represents

All visuals on this site are AI-generated and produced by Bilder Studio. The brands shown, including Aesop, AllSaints and others, are concept and self-initiated work. They are not clients and no endorsement, affiliation or commissioned relationship is implied. Trade marks shown belong to their owners. Real client work is shared on request under NDA.

Prices on this site

The prices published in the services section are current and in pounds sterling: The First Frame at £150 to £250 as a one-off, The Campaign from £750, and The Studio Retainer by application. They are a guide to what work costs, not a binding quote. The price for your project is confirmed in writing after the discovery call, once the scope is clear.

Project terms

Commercial terms, including scope, schedule, payment and rights, are agreed per project before work begins. As a rule: full commercial rights in the delivered work transfer to you on delivery and full payment, for use in advertising, e-commerce, print and out-of-home, with no additional fees or usage windows. Anything that varies from that is spelled out in writing at the time.

The honest caveat

I am a creative studio, not a law firm. For a high-stakes campaign, or anything involving a real ambassador, a celebrity likeness or a regulated product claim, run the work past your own legal team as well. I will give you everything you need to make that straightforward.

Liability and law

This site is provided as it is. I keep it accurate and available, but I do not guarantee it is error-free or never offline, and I am not liable for loss arising from relying on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
